Indeed, rather than operating immediately in all aspects of a management agency, Jidmac spent time gaining a new perspective into the rental property market; the perspective of the landlord and the tenant. Experiencing first-hand how vulnerable both the Landlord and Tenant is in the hands of the property management company.
